UNFPA is seeking a qualified local Contractor to provide videography services as per the attached terms of reference.
UNFPA will be accepting written queries until Tuesday, 31 May 2022 at 16.00hrs Maldives time. Questions or requests for further clarifications should be submitted in writing to zuhana@unfpa.org
Questions will be answered in writing and shared with all parties through this page as soon as possible.
Deadline for submissions: UNFPA will be accepting quotations till 16.00hrs Maldives Time on Saturday, 04 June 2022
Parties who are eligible for and interested in this assignment with UNFPA must submit the following documents to (maldives.office@unfpa.org)
a) Technical proposal, in response to the service requirements outlined in the RFQ document and ToR, including but not limited to:
- Brief description of the contractor/firm and its qualifications if any
- Proposed composition of the team that will undertake the assignment with Curriculum Vitae of all relevant applicants of the contractor
- Proposed Approach, Methodology and timing to satisfy the ToR deliverables under any given assignment
- Submission of portfolio/evidence of any previous work in similar capacity, (Where applicable) copy of current certificate of registration of the organization/institution
b) Price quotation, to be submitted strictly in accordance with the price quotation form.
