UNFPA Maldives is seeking to hire a Young and Emerging Evaluator (YEE) to provide support to the evaluation manager and evaluation team during the Country Programme Evaluations (CPE) process. Further details are outlined in the attached file: Terms of Reference (ToR) MDV-ToR/2025/001.

- A cover letter indicating the candidate's motivation for this consultancy as well as relevant expertise and experience;

- Availability and expected monthly rate for consultancy services.
