UNFPA is seeking a qualified printing and publishing firm to print the 2022 UNFPA Notebook and Calendar.
UNFPA will be accepting written queries until 4.00pm on 02 December 2021. Questions or requests for further clarifications should be submitted in writing to (haneef@unfpa.org)

Deadline for submissions: UNFPA will be accepting quotations till 4.00p.m Male time on 07 December 2021
Parties who are eligible for and interested in this assignment with UNFPA must submit the following documents to (maldives.office@unfpa.org)
1. Summary of past experience of such works/services completed successfully (profile of the company or business establishment)
2. Price quotation, to be submitted strictly in accordance with the price quotation form, including;.
a. Validity of quotation (Minimum 90 days from date of deadline).
b. Accurate Delivery time. Liquidated damages may be applied in case of late delivery
c. Prices in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR)
d. Dated, signed and stamped.
