UNFPA is seeking the service of a young and emerging evaluator (YEE) to provide support to the review manager and UNFPA review team during the Mid-Term Review (MTR) process. Further details are outlined in the attached files: Terms of Reference (ToR) MDV-ToR/2024/008.
Under this ToR, the evaluator will be involved in all phases of the MTR, namely preparation, inception, data collection, reporting and dissemination as described in the concept note for the internal mid-term review of the sevent country programme (2022-2026).
